Race signups
Your league's own Discord bot posts each race to your signup channel. Drivers react to say they're in, out or unsure — and the entry list on your website follows along by itself.
Track, cars, start time in each reader's own timezone, session lengths and race rules — in one tidy post with your league's name, colour and logo.
Reactions are picked up every few seconds. Changing your mind or removing your reaction updates the list on the site and in Discord.
Drivers are listed by the nickname they use in your server, and linked to their driver profile when the name matches.
Fifteen minutes before the race the bot replies to the signup and pings everyone who said they're in. Add more reminders — up to a day before — and choose who gets pinged.
Grid penalties, pit-lane starts and race bans from your stewards show on the next race's signup post and reminder, for the driver who has to serve them.
Post the full results to Discord with one button once you've checked them — never before.
Endurance & teams
Endurance events can have several starts. Drivers vote with a number reaction for every start they can drive, you confirm the starts that run, and the bot posts the line-up and the stint plan with real times. See the endurance planner
Discord login
Drivers log in to your site with Discord to claim their profile and report incidents. Your admins, editors and stewards can sign in to the admin panel with Discord too — only accounts you've linked get in.
Make a Discord application for your league and add the bot to your server. The guide in your admin panel shows each click.
Choose a signup channel per championship, and shared channels for endurance events and special events.
Every race has a Post Signup button. From then on the site and Discord stay in step on their own.
