Good to
know
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 14 days are free: the first invoice only comes 14 days after your site goes live, and if you end the service from your portal before then, you're never billed. No payment details are needed to start.
Do I need any technical skills?
No. We host and maintain the site. You use a simple admin panel in your browser to post announcements and import results.
What web address will my league get?
Every league gets a free address on our domain, named after your league — for example hardlineracing.racehost.net. Prefer your own domain (like hardlineracing.com)? You can use that instead, or as well: register it anywhere you like and we'll help you point it at your site.
How do results get onto the site?
After a race, you upload the result file exported from iRacing. The site works out the points, updates the standings and publishes the results page. Re-uploading a corrected file safely replaces the old one.
Can I run more than one championship?
Yes. Each championship has its own schedule, points system, standings and colour, and you can archive a season when it's finished without losing any history.
How do Discord signups work?
You connect a Discord bot to your server. Post a race to a channel and drivers react to say they're in, out or unsure. The entry list on the site stays up to date on its own, and the bot can remind everyone who signed up before the race starts.
Can I change the colours and texts myself?
Yes. Upload your logo, pick your colours and change any text on any page from your admin panel — with a live preview of the real page before you save. No code, and no need to ask us.
How do incident reports work?
Drivers sign in with Discord and report an incident from a race they drove in, with a video link. The other driver can give their side, and your stewards vote on it. Penalties you set up yourself — or take from a ready-made list — update the results, standings and Discord by themselves.
We don't need stewards. Can we switch it off?
Yes. The stewards system is off until you switch it on, and you can turn it on for some championships only. With it off, nothing about it shows on your site.
Can I try it before ordering?
Yes. The demo site is a complete example league. Open its admin panel and press Log in to the demo to look around — it's read-only, so nothing can break.
Do I get new features?
Yes, they're included. When we release an update, your site gets it automatically and your admin panel shows what's new. Your texts, colours, results and everything else you've set up stay as they are.
Is RaceHost affiliated with iRacing?
No. RaceHost is an independent service for sim racing leagues and is not affiliated with or endorsed by iRacing.com.
