# RaceHost

> RaceHost (racehost.net) is a hosted website service for sim racing leagues, built mainly for iRacing leagues. Each league gets its own complete website — schedule, results, standings, driver profiles, Discord signups and a stewards system — which RaceHost sets up, hosts and keeps up to date.

Who it's for: League admins and organisers of iRacing and other sim racing leagues and teams who want a proper website without building or maintaining one. No technical skills are needed.

Price: $15 per month per league, hosting, updates and new features included. No setup fee and no per-driver charges. The first 14 days are free: the first invoice comes 14 days after the site goes live, and ending the service before then costs nothing. No payment details are needed to start. Every league gets a free yourleague.racehost.net address or can use its own domain.

## What's included

- Schedule with several championships at once, each with its own colour, points table and standings, shown in the league's timezone
- Results import from the iRacing result file: points, standings, DNFs, laps led, incidents, best laps, flags and teams update automatically
- Discord bot signups: drivers react to sign up, the entry list syncs with the website, and automatic race reminders ping signed-up drivers
- Stewards system: incident reports with video or iRacing replay uploads, statements, steward voting, penalties applied to results and standings, decisions posted to Discord
- Endurance events with up to ten starts, driver voting, suggested line-ups, fair stint plans posted to Discord, and results per start
- Driver profiles claimed by logging in with Discord, with career stats from real results
- Seasons archive, Hall of Fame, special one-off events, sponsors page with discount codes, live stream page for YouTube and Twitch
- Branding: logo, colours, every text on every page editable with a live preview, menu builder, home page background video
- A free yourleague.racehost.net address or the league's own domain
- Admin panel with roles (admin, editor, steward, viewer), Discord sign-in and built-in step-by-step guides
- Updates and new features are included and arrive automatically without changing a league's texts, colours or data

- Results import uses the result file exported from iRacing.
- Every public text can be changed, so a league can run its site in its own language. The admin panel is in English.
